These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the AnySolve.ai website (www.anysolve.ai) and its associated services (collectively referred to as the "Service"), provided by Blackriver FinTech ÖU (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). a. Data Handling: AnySolve.ai may occasionally transmit the inputted data (excluding personal data) provided by users to third-party service providers for the purpose of fulfilling user requests. These third-party service providers may include OpenAI, Google, and Midjourney. We will strictly ensure that no personal data of users is transmitted.
b. Analytical Purposes: For analytical purposes, we may collect, save, and analyze anonymized usage data via Vercel. This helps us improve the performance, functionality, and user experience of the Service. We will handle and process such data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
c. Privacy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our data handling practices and your rights regarding your personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. a. Ownership: AnySolve.ai and its associated content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of Blackriver FinTech ÖU or its licensors. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission from us.
b. User Content: By using the Service, you may submit or provide content, such as tasks or feedback. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the content in connection with providing the Service.

a. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether expressed or implied, regarding the Service, its availability, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
b. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Any reliance you place on the Service is at your own risk

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

a. AnySolve.ai is not responsible for any confidential or sensitive data that may be contained within the requests submitted to the Service. It is the sole responsibility of the users to ensure that they do not send requests containing confidential, sensitive, or personally identifiable information to AnySolve.ai.
b. We do not have the capability to filter or identify requests that may contain confidential data. Therefore, users are advised to exercise caution and refrain from submitting requests that may compromise the security or privacy of any sensitive information.
c. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that AnySolve.ai shall not be held liable or responsible for any damages, losses, or unauthorized access resulting from the inclusion of confidential data in requests submitted by users.\

a. AnySolve.ai offers a payment system through Stripe for the purchase of credits. With a payment of $1, users can acquire 1000 credits. Each task within the Service has an expected cost in credits, which is clearly displayed to the user.
b. The actual cost of a task may vary based on the complexity and length of the user inputs. The calculation of credit used for a task is determined by the Service and is final.
c. Users are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient credits to cover the expected cost of a task. AnySolve.ai reserves the right to decline task execution if the user does not have enough credits to complete the task.
d. All payments made through Stripe are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions and privacy policy. AnySolve.ai does not store or process any payment card details. For any payment-related issues or disputes, users should contact Stripe directly.
e. AnySolve.ai reserves the right to modify the credit pricing or payment system at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to users through the Service or by other reasonable means. Please ensure that you comply with these terms and conditions for a smooth and secure experience with AnySolve.ai. By using the AnySolve.ai Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. It is important that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

a. AnySolve.ai may contact users via email or other means of essential communication provided by the user for the following purposes:

i. To notify users about payment transactions, including purchases of credits and charges for completed tasks.

ii. To inform users about the availability of new tasks, updates, or changes to the Service.

iii. To provide important information or updates related to the user's account and credits.

iv. To address any issues, inquiries, or disputes related to payments, credits, or tasks.

v. To gather feedback about our Services.

b. Users may choose to opt out of certain non-essential communication by sending an email to office@anysolve.ai.
